[Shotimes] halfshaft removal from the knuckle

You shouldn't need to jack with the halfshaft. Did you loosen the bolt that
hold the LCA to the subframe? If you do that, and remove the tension strut,
you should be able to get the knuckle off. The driver's side is more
difficult, but it will come off with enough pressure.
