[Shotimes] Replaced shift cable

Jared, I'm having problems with my shift cables.  Did the tranny end of the
lower cable have the retainer as part of the assembly?  Right now the lower
cable is held on the shift post with a wire ;-( and I don't know how long
that will last.  Where did you get the assembly?
