[Shotimes] headliner

I want to refurbish the headliner in my 91.  At the aft edge, the cloth has
failed, and no amount of various adhesives has kept it from sagging for very
long.

>From the good people at J.C. Whip-Me, I have received a roll of replacement
headliner material.  It appears to be a very close replacement for the stock
headliner:  Mocha color is a good match, nylon tricot is same texture,
backed by a very thin layer of open-cell foam.

IIRC, both front seats have to come out to get the headliner out of the car.
(Right, George?)  Next question, should I peel the old factory cloth off?
What sort of adhesive should I use to attach the new cloth?  Any other tips?
