[Shotimes] Strut Housings for Konis?

I loaned my rear struts from the '95 to Jim White, but I told him the other
day that I didn't want 'em back, so he may have a set.

FWIW, I also have the stock front strut/spring setup from the '95 that will
be headed to the trash soon, unless someone wants them (I can also deliver
to the Convention).

Subject: [Shotimes] Strut Housings for Konis?

I know I have read a few things on the shoforum about the "best" strut
housings to use, but I figured that here is usually a much better source of
knowledgeable info that I'd ask. I have a set of konis that are already in
inserts, but they are cut kinda short on the rears so I was thinking about
looking for new housings before the install. From what I have read the 93-94
Gold topped ones are the ones to get. But any other info would be helpful.
I'm
thinking about just finding one housing and cutting some pieces of the tube
to
have welded onto what I have so that I can extend the length, but then again
it may be easier for someone like myself without a welder to just get some
other housings.

If anyone can hit me up with the details it would be much appreciated.
