[Shotimes] engine problem, please help with diagnosis

Having a problem with the 91.  Symptoms and medical history below.  Please
suggest what I should test or swap.  Thanks.

Symptoms:
- Long cranking time before start, gradually occurring more often over the
last two weeks
- Idle wanders up to 3K
- Occasionally idle dives to 500, lopey, no power, and stalls if you step on
gas
- No CE light

History:
- 91 mtx with 140K
- Within last 2 years:  Rod bearings, CID, CPS, timing belt, fuel pump,
plugs/wires, much more
- Extremely reliable and quick-starting up until about 2 weeks ago
