[Shotimes] grille over subwoofer?

Cars with the JBL, had a different tray than those without.  The JBL
cars, have a perforation in the hard board, and then the cloth is
covered over it.  It can be a little hard to tell unless you run your
hands over it, or look at it closely enough and see the cloth sunk into
the perforations slightly.

Do cars with the JBL subwoofer have a third speaker grille in the
center,
over the sub?

Or does the sub get covered over by the cloth trim panel?
