[Shotimes] Problem with shifting and w/ rough idle.. help

Hey all

After running at the track for quite a few hours, we
packed our bags and left w/ a rough 14.78@96mph (Too
much wheelspin and no LPM plugged in) until next time.
On my way on the freeway, right out of the track, the
car made a funny whizzing sound from the driverside. I
didn't think anything of it until i pit stopped at the
gas station.. that's when it started!

My idle was extremely rough and noticed a lot of
popping in the exhaust. It smoothens out when it's
WOT, but it pops a tid bit from 1500-2000 while
driving normally. Scanned the codes and read 2 codes:
25 Knock Sensor not sensed during dynamic response
test.
15 ECA Memory Failure

The car has the following done to it: SHO Shop 3.2l,
80mm MAF (motorcraft MAF), LPM, CAI, UDPs, sho shop
Y-Pipe & cat back.

Another problem. Right after it started idling really
rough, i went to shift into 1st and i could  barelyg
et it into gear?! The trans was shifting silky smooth
before this incident. I tried adjusting the clutch w/
no luck. Suddenly 3rd and 4th are a PITA to get into
gear but 5th is fine? Any ideas? It doesn't grind when
i try to shift it into gear, but it sometimes feels
really jumpy. Not all the time though.

These problems occurred while i was driving w/o a LPM.
Installed the LPM and the problems still presist.
cleared the codes and the same codes still come up.
I'm stuck!
