[Shotimes] Cooling Fan Question

Here is a new one for me. My 93 ATX has started running the cooling fans as
soon as the key is turned on before the engine is started. I have traced the
problem to my CCRM. If I swap it with my wife's identical car then the problem
shifts to her car. When the unit are swapped back I get the problem back.
 Anybody ever come across this failure? I don't think it will hurt anything.

I know it was Van Oss having all that cooling fan trouble that made this
happen!!
