With all else equal, go with the 7.5". If you like the looks of the 7" wheel
better, get that instead. For myself, I would also check the weight. If
these are two different wheels (not a different width of the same wheel), I
would go with the lighter wheel is the difference is more than a pound.

For you wheel gurus, I'm still solliciting input as I'm trying close on a
wheel buying decision.  Is there a noticeable difference between the two
sizes?  I'm assuming the answer will come out to be "go with the 7.5s".
