[Shotimes] CEL again

We're at 97 degrees today.  Was stopped at a light waiting for green.  All
of a sudden the tach jumped up a few hundred RPMs and was waffling.  The CEL
came on.  When the light turned green, I tried to accelerate and the car
first hesitated, then it went fine for about 100 feet and the light went
off, then back on with hesitation, then off again and the car drove fine for
another 10 minutes without incident.  Stopped at a store and then restarted
and went home.  No problems.

Does this sound like a fuel delivery problem?  I stopped at the store to buy
some concentrated fuel injector cleaner just in case.  Want to know if I'm
headed for some major issue or if this is truly transient.
