[Shotimes] Spring Height Not really apparent (eibachs)

I have put in eibach springs in my vehicle for 1 year and a half now and honestly i have not noticed a lowered stance whatsoever. I have been meaning to say this.... Plus my rear is very low, Not really liking it, Is their any way to lower the front of the car a little more so that it looks even all the way around?
