[Shotimes] Is SHOTIMES FAQ being maintained for content? (was Clearing continuous codes from memory.)

In fairness to Evan, the Shotimes website does provide for a responses area.
I decided to post both corrections for the EEC selftest FAQ to the website
in the hope that others will benefit from the information.  Of course, the
best solution would be to have the actual article updated with the correct
data because I'm guessing that people may not read the response I posted.
