After drilling the strut plates, I was able to get -1.5 on my car, which
works well.

Ha, that's an easy one!  You can easily get -2.0 degrees in the front and
-1.0
in the rear by installing Eibach springs!!!  You can make your SHO look like
an F1 car.  Hehehe.
