Steve, 

Both of my SHO's are only stock!  I have absolutely no experience on either 
track too!  The only experience I have is how to be embarrassed by getting 
lapped on a dirt track in a Mighty 4.  :~\ 

I have seen Performance Plus a few times too.

I wouldn't worry about your car and how it looks.  It's what you think, not 
the other people.  I have never been to a convention yet, but I am willing to 
bet that with all of the cars there, there ought to be the good, the bad, and 
the ugly, all mixed up.  

 I will be bringing both of my SHO's regardless of their state of cosmetics. 

Come and have fun regardless!  That's what I plan on doing.  If you don't go, 
I will not be able to meet you!  Isn't that reason enough?  ;^)
