[Shotimes] still having an engine problem, NOT - seems to be resolved

I just drove the car around for about 10 minutes and it seems to be fine
now.  Pick your reason:

-- New fuel filter...   That's my bet.

-- While changing the filter I discovered that the crash switch was not
fastened to the trunk wall.  It was merely dangling by its harness.  Put a
couple of small machine screws in to hold it into place.

-- I also discovered that a wire pair near the battery (yellow and
yellow/red, not sure of its purpose --- goes from behind the battery, down
through the metal into the fender area) was loose and rubbing against the
water-pump pulley.  Seems to have worn through the insulation a bit and
might have been shorting.
