[Shotimes] Performance Plus tours.

Performance Plus will be hosting tours of its facility 
Monday from Noon to 4pm.

They will have a Gen II torn down so you can inspect the cam 
shim clearance process.

They will also have a Gen III torn down to the point of 
doing a cam weld.

Obviously they can't do a cam check or weld for four 
straight hours, so don't expect to see Doug weld on the cams 
but you can see what is involved.

It is also fun to see the shop, and look over Doug and 
Cathy's cars, and also check out or buy the 
parts/accessories they have available.

This will be one of those things where you just drive over 
when you have the time, we won't be doing an organized drive 
to the shop.  They don't have room anyway for all of us, so 
as you arrive, when you get checked in, then follow the easy 
directions in your packet and visit Performance Plus.

We also have made arrangements for special tours of the 
Capital Brewery on Monday that is just a mile from the host 
hotel.

Tours are just $2.75 (includes a beer or soda tasting after 
the tour, you get to keep the souvinier glass!) and there 
will be sign up sheets for tour times of: 10:30, Noon, and 
2:30.  We need groups of a minimum of 15 people, up to 40 
people for each tour.

Children are also $2.75 but minors must be accompanied by a 
parent/guardian.

There is a gift shop also at the brewery.

The brewery usually only does tours on Saturday, so this is 
a special accomodation for our group.

There will be a sign up sheet in the lobby on Sunday so 
early arrivals can fill up the 10:30am tour.
