[Shotimes] pulley to battery clearance

Hey, should there be a bit more than a gnat's a-- between the battery and
the pulley on my MTX?  The battery is secured with the factory 3 way
bracket, so I'm pretty sure it can't be moved away - so, if the subframe
moved, could this be, or would the fender where the batter attaches have
moved with the subframe?
