[Shotimes] Motorola power transistors

Up to now, I've been able to repair most Blower Speed Control Modules by
replacing the Omron relay.  A few have needed replacement of the big
Motorola transistor, and I've managed to scrounge them from other modules.

That supply is now exhausted.  It's apparent that if more modules are to be
repaired in a timely manner, we'll need to find a source for new
transistors.  My searching to date has proved fruitless.

Is there anyone on the list who could help me find a source for replacement
transistors?  Thanks.
