[Shotimes] HELP: SHO owner in YOUNKERS NY

I got a call from a guy in Younkers NY today and he is having problems with
his SHO. The symptoms are bogging at 3,800 RPMs. He has taken it to several
places and they don't know what it is.

Is anyone in the NYC area able to give this guy some help?
