[Shotimes] Stainless Steel filter?

What is the rated filtration ability of the filter?  At 
least K&N gives you some sort of micron & flow rating.  I 
would imagine SS Fiber would probably have a very high 
micron rating (bad).  I'd stay away from this thing.  K&N 
is good for longevity, but it gives VERY little 
performance gain if any.

And whats up with everyone and their uncle putting cone 
filters on?  On a SHO, you can get more than enough flow 
with minimal pressure drop through the stock panel 
filter... I would imagine on most cars this is true.  And 
then the dummies suck in hot engine air.  You can easily 
get 20-300F elevated intake temps under the hood - this 
hurts HP a lot more than 0.02 psi less pressure drop.
