[Shotimes] Ac Clutch

I can help with the first part.  The compressor only runs when there
is "x" amount of refrigerant in the system.  That protects the pump
from damage if the system is empty.  As to why it won't disengage,
I couldn't hazard a guess there.  How long is never?  How long have
you waited to see if it would disengage?
