You're right, Webster's got it Amish.  There is a fair 
contingent in WNY, near the Penn. border.  They may be a 
little different, but they can make some fine buildings. 
 I saw a hunting camp made by some Amish builders - 
amazing work!  Plus all the wood is produced locally, and 
the 2x4s are actually 2"x4"!
