Yes, the OEM clutch is VG, I got almost 80K on one of them, which included
racing and smoky burnouts.
I would go with one of the better throwout bearings, though, as long as you
have everything taken out.

What I thought was a bad starter wasn't and I now think it is the ring gear.
Sooooo, I guess the replacement engine is going in now and I need ideas on
what should be done at the same time.
The motor I have has ~60k on it and appears to have had new plugs and wire
recently. I have a timing belt, wp and cps sensor. What about the clutch?
I
do not plan of drag racing this car. Is the OEM stuff Ok for most use?
Anything else?
