[Shotimes] Rattle

Loose catalytic converter heat shield?  I had to put a big hose clamp on the
back one last year, and the front one started rattling this spring - but it
fell off somewhere before I could tie it down.  I only heard these sounds
when starting out in 1st - real embarassing at the drive-thru.

With the SHO never going home with me any more, I never have time to do much
troubleshooting myself lately.  I am hoping maybe someone can tell me what
the deal is here.  At very low speeds, when easing the clutch out, if the
engine bogs at all I hear a loud metallic rattle/clatter from the bottom of
the car.  It doesn't sound like something in the engine, it sounds like it
is in the open air whatever it is.  Can anyone help?  TIA
