not trying to be stupid here .. but if the pinch bolt broke .. and its a clean break ... well isnt it the same as if u removed the nut ?

If so .. i use a 3/3 ext socket and knock the good bolts out ... why cant u just tap it out since its not a threaded bolt and get a new pinch bolt.
