They seemed to have freshened it up. Parts of the story were showing how
9/11 victims families were suing Sadam for compensation so at least that
part was no more than 18 months old.

They also didn't say that the stock holdings weren't frozen, they just
stated that these are some of the obvious places he has money and that they
thought he had $20 billion stowed somewhere. This was all against the
backdrop of the UAE proposal that he self-exile.
