Depends on what was done on the 60K and where you took it.  Most places
don't include the valve lash adjustment with their 60K service.  Either way
it sounds like your spark plug well seals are leaking.  It's a common
problem as the seal expand and shrink due to the changes in temperature.  I
had to replace the front 3 seals on my '95 just after 60K miles.  If you
plan on changing them your best bet would be to buy the Fel-pro valve cover
kit, VS 50378 R, which includes the 2 valve covers and 6 spark plug well
seals.  Good luck.
