I haven't done those mods to a SHO specifically, but I've done several of 
them to their brother counterparts.  The systems for 95% of power windows are 
easy, they are simple reverse polarity systems.  Likewise for the moonroof.  
Long story short, buy an aftermarket module for these options.  They are the 
only real way to make it work properly and effectively with minimal trouble.  
You'll need one window module per two windows.  u can use a window mod for 
the sunroof as well.. making your total up to three.  Alot will depend on 
your keyless module and how many outputs u have on it.
