Addendum: The modules seem to be stamped with a date. I'm guessing it's a date. Two of the modules are stamped 92-12-11 and
93-03-04. These two modules have these wire colors:
-- black, yellow, yellow-with-green-stripe, white-with-black-stripe, and red.

One of the modules has the date 91-12-09 and these wire colors:
-- black, yellow, blue-with-black-stripe, white-with-black-stripe, and red.

So the difference is whether the center wire is yellow/green or blue/black. The part number imprinted on the case is the same for
all three (F2DB-14B118-AB).

I have a Gen2 (92) EVTM. It refers to the blue/black. The directions on the FAQ refer to yellow/green.

Can I trust that blue/black has the same function as yellow/green?

Has anyone here installed an express-down module in a Gen1? Did you happen to write down how the wire colors worked out?
My pal Al has sent me three modules. One goes in the passenger side of my Gen2. Directions for that one have been available for
years.
The other two will go in my Gen1. I've been told that wire colors are different. Can anyone assist? Thanks.
