Yes, you are correct.  The '93 and older non-clear coated Oxford white
is less "cream" colored.

You think?  I always thought the vibrant 94/95 cars looked "duller" than
the 91-93 oxford white ones, comparing ones at the convention, meets,
etc. Oxford seemed like a more true brighter white to me.
