Hi guys,

('93 Green MTX)
I'm done with the 60k (110k actual), I don't think it was ever done
before by the look of things. The thing runs like a "Scalded Dog", been
waiting to say that for 6 months the thing has been sitting in the
driveway! For right around $1200 bucks, I was able to replace the
radiator, upper and lower hoses, water pump, CPS, plugs and wires,
thermostat and sending unit, battery cables, shims, valve cover and
intake gaskets + plug well seals, power antenna mast, 02 sensors, front
main seal, timing belt, ACC belts - I think that's about it. It sure
feels good to have the SHO on the road again! And I sure learned a lot
in the process - thanks again to Mark N. and his 60k video. What a
great investment and confidence builder. $25 for the video was minor in
comparison to what I got out of it. Pulled codes tonight and it came up
clean!

Anyway.........I'm back now to the nit-picky stuff. Wipers only work
when I push in as to use washer fluid. Intermittent mode, low and high
don't work. I have replaced the multifunction switch (entire stalk unit
on steering column) and I think I have pin pointed the problem to the
relay unit under the dash. After hours upside down trying to clean,
grease, fix the thing - I am ready to say I think the unit is bad.
Anybody run into this before? If anyone has an extra (good) one, let me
know - Al?? Just so we're on the same page - it's a black box with a
circuit board inside about 3" square by about 1" thick, with a removable
cover. My Gen 2 has a connector with about 12 wires going to it.

Thanks!
