[Shotimes] Strut Mounts

I asked this question not too long ago and got no response... I don't think
anyone has ever really used them.  If you're gonna get the more expensive
ones, I'd just as soon go with either stock units or monroe units.  If you
can spend the extra, get the police mounts from SHONut, they'll hold up
longer.
