[Shotimes] Leather Conditioner / Repair AND Gen III mirrors?

As the clutch progresses along, I have a few other issues to deal with on my
SHO (and my Dad's '98 SE).
I have looked around to find the recommended leather conditioner listed on
SHOTimes, but no such luck. What easily available leather conditioner works
well on the SHO full-leather seats? My driver seat needs serious attention,
due to a spreading crack :( Also, has anyone patched such cracks with a kit
or other type of method? Is it easier to replace the panel? I would like
my seats to stay in nice shape, but unfortunately lack of past care is what
got them into this shape. I tried conditioning the seats once since I've
had the car, but I'm not sure that it helped. Any advice is appreciated, as
I am willing to care for the leather if it will do any good from this point
on.
Secondly, my Dad's '98 SE (Toreador Red) has had its passenger side mirror
damaged. I was curious if anyone knew how to tell the difference between
heated and non-heated mirrors. Also, while I'm at it, if anyone has a lead
on a Toreador Red passenger-side mirror it would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris
