Steve,

If you end up selling the SHO you are going to regret it.  If your ATX is 
anything like mine you have probably replaced every conceivable part on the 
car.  I personally would not want to learn how to work on a new vehicle after 
living with the SHO for 4 years.  And as for performance you just can't beat 
the SHO for (4-door) bang for the buck.  As long as you can work on it 
yourself of course :)
