[Shotimes] vibration in the brake pedal

Ok, here's the deal, just had a new clutch and tranny work done. After I
noticed that there's a pretty bad vibration in the brake pedal, and it will
some times randomly stop. It happens at all rpm's and will immediately go
away when you press the clutch in. I also had solid SFB's put in. Also when
the clutch was done there was a slight tear in the tranny mount, but I don't
know if that makes any difference. Any idea at what would make the brake
pedal vibrate like this??
