[Shotimes] Class 2 Hitch?

Anyone have any suggestions on a Class 2 hitch that I should get for my SHO? I
have a parts ATX to tow home (bout 200 miles) but I plan to pull the front
seats, battery, one wheel (replace with donut) intake, and drain the cooling
system to get the weight down on the car. So I'll prolly be making 2 trips one
for carting home the heavy parts that I can easily pull from the car, and then
the car itself. The car is already missing one door, so I figure that has to
be good for about 75-100 lbs of weight off the car.

I'm gonna pull it home (all highway) with my SHO, since I've heard how Scott
Patterson pulls a big boat with his SHO. Anyone have any recomendations on
which hitch I should buy and all that? Pricing between brands is about the
same, but if there is one that can be easily removed it would be prefered. I
figure I might tow 2-3 parts cars over the summer, and the rest of the time I
won't need the hitch on the car.

Next question, Anyone have a good class 2 hitch for a SHO that they want to
part with? Figured I'd ask here before buying new.
