Possible bad tie rod ends, but more likely you need a spacer installed in
the strut assembly to prevent the squeak. As taken from
www.shonutperformance.com : The rubber ring on the outside of the bearing
part that sometimes makes contact with the strut tower, and thus noises (for
which the spacer recall is to correct).
