True unless you are doing a top end run the VAK is only in use for a few
seconds at a time.  It is a dynamic HP recoverer as it depends on electrical
load at the time of use.  Which means at night under a heavy electrical load
you will see the biggest benefits.  It is more of a street mod than a strip
mod but still it will work a there too.  Also in the case of the V8 with the
VAPs it has, it is very effective on a road track.
