FWIW, the A/C is only TEMPORARILY disengaged.  It will come back on.
Don't believe me?  Go do a nice long third gear full throttle run on a
hot day with the A/C on.  You can feel the compressor kick back in.

These are my thoughts about this group buy.

WHY?

On WOT the AC is automatically disengaged anyway. Why would you put a
redundant switch to do it? How much HP does the alternator pull? Will it
have any noticeable effect disconnecting it? If so, unplug it before a
race. If the alternator is no longer engaged, it doesn't matter what
electrical devices are running, they are drawing power from the battery.
As long as your battery is fully charged, you will have plenty of juice
to run electrical accessories without effecting your HP.
