[Shotimes] VAK group buy

On the Gen 1-2 the A/C is not affected with the group buy VAK. The Gen 1-2
factory setting will kick the A/C out sooner than the Gen 3 which at factory
settings is truly WOT. On the Gen 3 VAK the A/C is cut out but sooner than
WOT.
The Gen 1-2 VAK for the group buy is only the alternator. Again it is a
dynamic device. With the HP reclaimed dependant on the actual electrical
load which varies.
