As I have said before this is a dynamic mod and will recover more HP when
the load is high.  This means lights, radio, A/C which is not what you
normally have on when dragging or dynoing a car.  This is a street mod that
you can use anytime you want by mashing the gas, yet will not interfere at
any other time.
