Get the Performance Plus Y-pipe, much larger cats used and the static flow
rating is nearly equal to that of a straight pipe.

Subject: [Shotimes] Quick Question...
Can I drop the cats and just run straight pipes???
Um, this is prolly answered in SHOtimes...but i have
never been able to get the answer out of it. Some have
told me the SHO engine can't handle the loss of back-pressure...others
have said the SHO engine will run better without the cats...
