[Shotimes] Convention in the South

The geographical center of the lower 48 states is in Smith Center Kansas.
The closest city that would be GOOD for a convention, would be Topeka
Kansas. It has the new International speedway and lots of dynos, drag strips
and other amenities that make for a good convention. Not to mention the low
cost of hotel rooms and availability.
