Well, the car gods smiled and frowned upon me in the same day!
I was fixing a foglight on Wednesday and got done after breaking a rusted
bolt. The car gods smiled and let me look good for several hours.
Later that night I was providing music for a late game of Bocce Ball. I
dropped the only rear window that still works; the passenger side. One hour
later, I started the car to go home, and guess what?
It's stuck. Stuck in the down position.
So... I have the panel off, I've tested the switch, and tried to test the
motor. The switch works fine. I am not sure how to correctly test the motor,
however, so please, if you have any pointers, I need some help! This plastic
over the window is possibly the most annoying thing in the world!
Otherwise, if there is a way to manually return the window to the "full
upright and locked" position, I would absolutely love to hear it!
