[Shotimes] Brake On/Off switch circuit keeps blowing fuse

Exactly what the title states.  It works for maybe 30 minutes at a time before
the fuse blows, I loose my brake lights, and am not able to switch the car out
of park.  Any clues on this?  This is the first time I've run into this
problem.
