[Shotimes] power antenna disconnect?

Hey gang,

What's the easiest way to disconnect the power antenna?

I rarely listen to the radio and would rather not listen to the motor buzz 
everytime the car is turned off or on.  (the antenna has been broken in the 
up position for the past 2 years).
