Personal experience.

My car has leaking seals, and I go through about 1.5 quarts per 3K change on
regular oil. For the three Maxlife oils I've tried, here's my rating on a 10
scale (10 = no leaks at all, 1 = no difference from regular oil).

Castrol: The best I've tried, with an 8.5. NO leaks for the first 1,800
miles or so. Small drip after than, with the car a quart low at the 3K oil
change.

Valvoline: a 7. Cuts leaks by about 2/3 or so, needs a quart between
changes.

Pennzoil: a 1.

What's the list consensus on which brand is best? When I return home from
this job in Kentucky my '91 will finally come out of its long cocoon. It's
got almost 120k miles and I plan on using one of these new oils and the
Auto-RX that Paul Nimz (I think) told us about.
