[Shotimes] Beat by a Lincoln LS

And I see the '03 commercials are showing a whooping 12k difference in the
price of the two, damn that's one heck of a V8!

Wouldn't be interesting to find an older LS V6 with an Manual Tranny and
work in a 3.6l SHO motor!

Some time I wish I was born into money...

I believe that you would be hard-pressed to even FIND a V6 LS. I heard
rumors that they may have sold a few.....but I'll bet dealers never ordered
them.

It should have been a V8. Lets see...

2002, Weight ~3730lbs, 3.9-liter eight-cylinder 252 horsepower at 6,100 rpm
and 261 ftlb of torque at 4,300 rpm. Zero-to-60 acceleration 7.2 seconds.

2002, Weight ~3755lbs, 3.9-liter eight-cylinder 280 horsepower at 6,000 rpm
and 286 ftlb of torque at 4,000 rpm. Zero-to-60 acceleration 6.4 seconds.

No way it should have been a V6 if it pulled away on you up to 80 with
weight ~3675lbs, 210 HP & 205 ftlb to 230 HP & 220 ftlb depending on year.

I'd say find a dyno and see what you really have at the tire/pavement. Maybe
the tuneup is needed or time to spend some$ on at least a MAF and/ or Intake
upgrade!

BTW, nothing appears on the screen for your SHO site link.

Should this of happened or do I need a tune-up? I have no clue if it was the
8 or the 6. She had me off the line and pulled away steadily up to 80 or so.
