The balance test as part of the KOER test. Run through the KOER test, at the
end, you floor it and let go. The PCM will test each cylinder. Someone had
mentioned you can run it 3 times in a row (when done, floor again) and it
gets more sensitive.

Anyhow, it kills the fuel or spark to one cylinder at a time and measures
the RPM drop. If it isn't within limits, it will report that cylinder as
'bad'. That will help tell you where to look.
