Dealer last night said they'd probably give me 1200-1500 without much 
thought.  She had just talked to someone with a 94 SHO with 97k on the 
clock, so the numbers were fresh in her mind.  If they'll give me that 
much, I don't think 3200 OBO is out of line for a private sale.
